Preview: Merriam-Webster defines repentance as: the action or process of repenting especially for misdeeds or moral shortcomings. Recognizing that we have fallen short of God’s plan for us is a vital step in our path to repentance. We must acknowledge to God that we have failed and sincerely ask for forgiveness to wash away the sin. Not only that, but we must endeavor to not fall short again.
