Preview: Conversion to Christ leads to baptism into a new life with Him. It is the only way to be saved.

Note: Conversion brings about a complete change. The new birth brings the same result. It makes an individual change from his or her present condition. We cannot have the new birth or be converted without a change. Many people today are like Nicodemus (without the new birth and unable to see the importance of it).

Note: Everyone should seek to have a clean heart and a right spirit. Christians must teach sinners of their transgressions and lead them to Christ. An unconverted person cannot lead others to Christ because people are led by examples as well as words.

Note: Let every individual seek to be filled with the Holy Spirit of God so that Christ will keep us in the straight and narrow way, for as many as are led by the Spirit of God are the sons of God. His Spirit leads those who have the new birth.
